Policy Features

Our policy features a borad range of coverage benefits you would expect as well as many additional and optional benefits, including the below.

  • We cover accidental damage to the full limit.
  • Temporary Accommodation & Loss of Rent is covered in the event that the unit is unfit to be occupied for its intended purpose.
  • We cover the reasonable costs incurred for the locating of water leaks.
  • Optional additional cover to your building sum insured in the event of a Catastrophe.
  • Removal of debris is automatically included in addition to the sum insured.
  • We consider flood cover in a very wide geographic area.
  • Optional benefit to cover breakdown of your buildings plant and equipment.
  • Workers Compensation is available in WA, ACT, TAS & NT. 
  • In the event of a total loss Expert will pay the GST in addition to the Sum Insured for buildings not registered for GST.
