There is a fire that starts from a heater in one of the units.The fire destroys the building and We assess that it is a total loss. We assess the cost to rebuild is $750,000 including GST. Your Sum Insured is not enough to cover the cost to rebuild. Accordingly We will settle up to the Building Sum Insured.
